Since the Jane’s doors first opened in 2014, it has provided a singular blend of excellent cuisine that is affordable for a wide audience, including both young and old, foodies and those who are just learning about gastronomy.
The former chapel of the Military Hospital is now a restaurant. After being abandoned for years, the chapel and the surrounding area have undergone a comprehensive renovation. Piet Boon was in charge of the restaurant’s design, and he ensured that The Jane became a true gem by working with many artists and craftspeople.
All tables in the gastronomy restaurant The Jane, which is located on the ground level, offer a view of the open kitchen. There is a sizable wine list that features both fresh biological wines and vintage bottles from illustrious wineries. The Jane’s Upper Room Bar is located on the ground floor.
